  1. Start with a large iced doughnut and cut it neatly in half.
  2. Flip the halves so the uncut edges face each other, then join them together with a little icing. These will be your butterfly wings.
  3. Create the body by lining up colourful Smarties down the middle, covering the icing join.
  4. Make the antennas by breaking a pretzel stick in half and gently pressing each piece into the top of the doughnut.
  5. Add a final touch — pop a Smartie on the tip of each antenna, using a dab of icing to hold it in place.
